Well this is my very first blog entry. I am hoping it will be the first of many. I am going to try and strengthen my walk with Jesus through my blog. My brother in law is an inspiration for me to make my walk stronger. We all wonder what God's plan is for us and maybe by diving into His word He will shine some light on it for me. I am also struggling with the truth of His word about how He can forgive us - me in particular.
I am going to put all the names of the bible into a hat and draw one. Then I will dive into that book. I will post what I have read for the day and what it means to me and my thoughts on it. I will also be putting random thought out there too.

Very cool to see you've started to blog. Even cooler that you are posting what God is revealing to you through your time with Him. I'll be watching for posts every day and be hounding you when I don't see one.
Something that I've found about myself and keeping with spending time in the Word is I have to get people around me to make sure I keep doing it. It usually starts out great for me, but it's when I let it get boring and stop trying to find the truth in each verse that I stop doing it. It helped me to dialog about it.
